1986–1993: Private and Consulting Practice: Design and project management services.; Projects included Industrial and commercial work as well as residential, with an emphasis on renovation. Consulting projects included multiple-spec office buildings, elementary and secondary schools, hospital renovation, cryogenic magnet research lab, multi-family housing, urgicare/outpatient facility, nursing homes, and trade show booth design.
